 | We met Mike 15 years ago when we were looking for a house to buy in this area. We described what we had in mind and he identified several properties for us to view right away, all of which met our criteria. He was objective & knowledgeable about all the properties he showed us and provided all the information we needed to help us make a good decision. When we decided to sell the property Mike helped us buy 15 years ago, there was no question but that we would choose him to be our realtor again. We have complete confidence in his ability to provide an accurate market analysis and establish a fair price for any property in this area. | Proof of How Much We Care | |
 | One of our clients wrote... I cannot thank Mike Moller from Moller Realty Group enough for all he did for our family. We started looking for a house about a year ago. We pre-qualified for a loan thinking that it would show a realtor how serious we were about finding a house. We would see a house we were interested in, call the listing realtor and 100% of the time they would either not return our call or they would say, "well, have you done a drive by?" Both my husband and I work full-time in Chico. We have a daughter who is very active in sports, so our time to look at houses was very limited. We didn\\\'t have time to do a "drive by" then call the realtor back and schedule an appointment to see the inside of the house. After this happened numerous times, we became a little discouraged. We gave up our search. Then we met Mike... It was during the last week of Christmas vacation, I was perusing the local realtor magazine when I came across Moller Realty Group. There were quite a few listings within our price range and location. I remember it was a rainy Sunday afternoon and we were doing a couple of errands in town. We called the Moller Realty Group office in Chico and got a pleasant recording giving helpful information including cell phone numbers to call. So I left a message and we started driving to Corning and Los Molinos. Within 10 minutes I got a call back from Leslie Moller. She said her husband was at the Corning office and he could meet with us. When we arrived, Mike greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately took us to his office and started looking up information on the houses we were interested in on the computer. My husband and I just looked at each other dumbfounded. We couldn\\\'t believe the service we were getting! He printed out the information of quite a few houses. He never asked our price range, whether we were pre-qualified, or how much we could put down on the house. Mike just wanted to show us the information on the houses. It was great! To narrow down our search, however, he did ask us what type of monthly mortgage we were looking for. Within 15 minutes we were back in our cars on our way to look at three houses. Just like that!!! Once we arrived at the houses, Mike let us just look around on our own. He was very helpful in pointing out minor blemishes or potential problems regarding the houses. Mike was so patient; he let us take our time at each house. When I say Mike was being patient, I mean very patient. By the time we found our home we had made 2 offers on 2 different houses. That means meeting up with Mike after work, practice, etc. during late hours of the night, drawing up page after page of the Residential Purchase Agreements. As many times as I called his offices, his staff at both the Chico and Corning locations remained friendly, courteous and very helpful. Mike would even meet us back at the houses to let our daughter look, or so that we could just take a second look. What a guy! He was always there when we needed him, willing to talk, show, or explain how things were done. I swear the man never sleeps. We found the perfect house on January 23, 2004. That night Mike wrote up the offer, had it at his Chico office so we could sign it, and faxed it off to the listing agent. The next day Mike told us that they had accepted our offer. But his helpful, caring ways didn\\\'t stop there. He not only assisted us in finding our finance company, he also called around and got quotes from insurance companies for homeowner\\\'s coverage. Only one month later we moved in. We couldn\\\'t be happier!!! We can\\\'t thank Mike enough for all he has done for us. He made the experience of purchasing a new home quite a pleasurable one. |
